After spending 20+ years in a successful business career, I left the corporate world to pursue my heart’s passion to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

I bring a lot of life lived to the work that I do. I use a blend of compassion, encouragement, and challenge with a little dose of humor. You will feel like you’re in good hands as we navigate your goals in therapy and find your joy again.

I offer a unique blend of personal and professional experience, which helps me support you in therapy.

I have been married for nearly 25 years and am a mom of three — two college aged and one in junior high. I have navigated the difficulties of marriage and parenting and learned that, in healing our attachment wounds and building our connections, we experience more peace and harmony with those we hold most dear.

I also know the corporate world, having worked in the tech industry for nearly 20 years. I personally understand the highs and lows of family business. And while no situation is exactly the same, building trust, modeling hard work, growing your emotional intelligence and learning intentional communication is at the core of any business relationship.

I’ve also battled with my own depression at times and found healing for myself and others in learning to love who you are, learning to reframe your thoughts, and being vulnerable with yourself and others.

I can bring a new perspective and help you live a more authentic life.

I love learning about you and your interests in the therapy space, and I believe real connection starts with me sharing those parts of myself, too!

Some of my favorite things are coffee with a friend, cheering on one of my girls on a lacrosse field, or strategizing my fantasy football teams.

I love the movies, popcorn, going to concerts, facetiming my college kids, and suntanning more than I should. I’m an avid college football fan with many team loyalties all connected to my family.

I enjoy a good novel, singing in the car, traveling to new and familiar places, and belly laughing at a good comedy.
